Welcome to San Jose State University’s iSD (Internet Service Desk). Use iSD to submit all non-emergency requests for service at any San Jose State University Facility (except University Housing).
Follow the instructions below to submit new requests or search for an existing request or work order. All requests get submitted to our Customer Service Center and are reviewed then ultimately converted to a Work Order that can be tracked by the customer until it is completed.
Important Notice: Please Ignore Blank E-mails Status Updates
If you receive a blank e-mail status update from our iService
Desk e-mail account (Facility Asset), please ignore them. They are not status
updates rather a software glitch that occurs during certain internal processing
while your request is "pending." FD&O is aware of this problem unfortunately we
do not have a resolution at this time. We are working with the software
developers to remedy this problem. Sorry for any inconvenience this may incur.
